Not another playbook.
A real conversation.

I’m Carl Mount, an executive advisor and supply chain leader with experience at Starbucks, KFC Global, Jack in the Box, and Zaxby’s. I bring a global perspective across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and the relationships that keep restaurants moving.

That perspective extends beyond restaurants. Earlier in my career, I built strong consumer goods experience with PepsiCo and Coca-Cola, where scale and speed leave little room for guesswork.

I’m also involved in advising university supply chain programs at the University of Southern California and Arizona State University, supporting the next generation of leaders in our industry.
